Inquest Into Princess Diana's Death Opens

In other late breaking news the British Inquest Jury has made its way across the channel to France and are even there now starting their investagation. Dodie Fayed's father remains in the news as he keeps claiming that the British Royal Family is guilty of ordering the deaths and he says he knows the British Royal Family was deeply involved in both Princess Diana's Death and the cover up he claims that has went on for the past 10 years. It is Dodie Fayed's Fathers wish that charges will actually be brought against members of the British Royal Family and members of the French and British Secret Service. It was revealed earlier this morning that Princess Diana was not in fact pregnant with Dodie Fayed's child when she died as a result of the car crash in the Paris Tunnel.

The British Inquest into the deaths of Princess Diana and her companion Dodi Fayed got under way today Tuesday October 2.

British Lord Justice Scott Baker instructed the six women and five men selected for the inquest jury Tuesday October 2 that they must deside if the deaths were as the result of a accident or was Prince Philip or Britians Secret Service involved in the deaths. If so a conspiracy had to have been involved.

He told them that they would be in the public eye like no other inquest jury in history has ever been. He told them that the inquest would last no longer than six months.

The British Inquest opened a decade after Princess Diana , Dodi Fayed and their Driver Henri Paul had died. The British Inquest had to wait until the French Authorities and the London Metropolitan Police had finished their investagation into the case.

The French Authorities and the London Metropolitan Police basicaly agreed on their findings. They desided that Driver Henri Paul had had way to much to drink and that the car was going way to fast and that all the deaths were as the result of a accident. However many people all over the world believe that Princess Diana's Death was the result of a conspiracy to get rid of her because she was an embarassment to the Royal Family. And even though the French Authorities and Meatropolitan Police said it was just a accident many people believe other people were involved. The French Authorities at first said there was a possibility that Paparazzi chasing Princess Diana had caused the crash but then the French Police simply dropped that possibility.

Dodi Fayed's Father said outside court today that he believes and has always believed that the British Royal Family was involved in causing the accident and that he believes that British Secret Service acting on orders of the British Royal Family caused the accident to get rid of Diana.

In his opening statement to the Inquest Jury Lord Justice Scott recapped the relationship between Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed.He said that their relationship developed after July 14th 1997 when Diana was staying in St Tropez as a guest of Fayed.

All parties with a intrest in the case agree that Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed did not have a relationship before then.

British Lord Scott Baker said that Diana made a statement to Journalist and Paparazzi on July 14th that your soon going to get a big surprize.There is a photograph from this time also that some people claim shows a early pregnancy.

This may prove false the claim by Dodi Fayed's father that Diana was pregnant with Dodi Fayed's child when she died.

Their relationship did develop swiftly though over the next 6 week period and the couple though not together all the time did spend time together aboard a Yaught , in Nice and then in Paris where the fatal car crash was to occur in that tunnel in Paris.

British Lord Scott Baker told the members of the Inquest Jury that Al Fayed ( Dodi Fayed's Father ) and people close to him claimed that a engagement announcement about the couple was about to be made when the couple died. However sources close to Princess Diana have always claimed that their was no engagement in the works and that the couple were just really good friends.

He then told the Inquest Jury that the Inquest Jury would have to determine if Henri Paul was indeed intoxicated when the car crash occured , why he took the strange route he did back to where the couple was staying and if their was any way that under these circumstances that a murder could have occured.

In a statement Al Fayed gave he claimed that the driver Henri Paul was a paid agent of the British and French Secret Police and that he was instructed to take the couple out the back entrance of the Ritz that fatal night and that a post mortem on Henri Paul had determined that in fact Paul was not drunk and that he had only play acted at being drun that night.

Brithish Lord Scott also told the Inquest Jury that they would also be considering allegations that Princess Diana could have been saved that night had she been taken to a nearer Hospital rather than being treated at the scene as is the standard policy in France.

He told them that the Inquest Jurys role is to determine how all three of the people died and if a conspiracy or murder occured.

Lord Scott Baker has been appointed the Assistant Deputy Cononer for Inner West London for the purposes of hearing the Inquests into the deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Emad El-Din Mohamed Abdel Moneim Fayed (Mr Dodi Al Fayed).

A list of 20 things he wants to investagate has been compiled by Lord Justice Scott Baker

1. Whether driver error on the part of Henri Paul caused or contributed to the cause of the collision
2. Whether Henri Paul’s ability to drive was impaired through drink or drugs
3. Whether a Fiat Uno or any other vehicle caused or contributed to the collision
4. Whether the actions of the Paparazzi caused or contributed to the cause of the collision
5. Whether the road/tunnel layout and construction were inherently dangerous and if so whether this contributed to the collision
6. Whether any bright/flashing lights contributed to or caused the collision and, if so, their source
7. Whose decision it was that the Princess of Wales and Dodi Al Fayed should leave from the rear entrance to the Ritz and that Henri Paul should drive the vehicle
8. Henri Paul’s movements between 7 and 10 pm on 30 August 1997
9. The explanation for the money in Henri Paul’s possession on 30 August 1997 and in his bank account
10. Whether Andanson was in Paris on the night of the collision
11. Whether the Princess of Wales’ life would have been saved if she had reached hospital sooner or if her medical treatment had been different
12. Whether the Princess of Wales was pregnant
13. Whether the Princess of Wales and Dodi Al Fayed were about to announce their engagement
14. Whether and, if so in what circumstances, the Princess of Wales feared for her life
15. The circumstances relating to the purchase of the ring
16. The circumstances in which the Princess of Wales’ body was embalmed
17. Whether the evidence of Tomlinson throws any light on the collision
18. Whether the British or any other security services had any involvement in the collision
19. Whether there was anything sinister about (i) the Cherruault burglary or (ii) the disturbance at the Big Pictures agency
20. Whether correspondence belonging to the Princess of Wales (including some from Prince Philip) has disappeared, and if so the circumstances

Those are the issues that the Inquest Jury made up of six women and five men will investagate and determine. As a result of those findings they will in effect determine if a conspiracy did exist and if the couple and their driver were murdered as a result of this conspiracy.

In the above two videos Dodi Fayed's Father makes claims that the British Royal Family had Princess Diana and his son Dodie Fayed killed to prevent their engagement from being announced and because they knew Princess Diana was already pregnant with his son Dodie Fayed's child.

He talked to reporters outside the court today that the Royal Family had Princess Diana killed and that it resulted in his son being killed.
