You know the person you look at in the mirror? That person is You. However, You are much more than just what you see in that old looking glass. This doesn't come as a complete surprise probably because you learned at one point or another in life that our bodies are made of the same stuff as the rest of the Universe... atoms, molecules and such. Or possibly you get the whole picture and this hub will serve as a friendly reminder. May it also touch those still seeking.

Either way, I've decided it's time to just tell it like it ~really~ is (from my perspective). Through this Insight Into You Series, I will lay out my interpretation of various aspects discussed in two books. The first is The Astonishing Power of Emotions ~ Let Your Feelings Be Your Guide, by Esther and Jerry Hicks. This book addresses basic information regarding the nature of our being that you may find significant for enjoying all areas of life. The second is A New Earth ~ Awakening to Your Life's Purpose, by Eckhart Tolle. This book takes the Siddhartha statement, "I think, therefore I am," a few steps further and dissects the ego and other important parts of our internal Being. Quite complimentary to the first read, the information found weaved within the pages of both of these books can be life transforming.

This phrase comes straight from Esther's mouth as she translates blocks of thought from Abraham, a "group consciousness from the non-physical dimension". Now, don't let the translates or non-physical part scare you. It's really not as "weird" as one might think. As a matter of fact, if it bothers you a bunch, just pretend I didn't write it and keep on reading.

What is the significance here? While we focus on what we can do with our bodies, what's going on with them, and how we do what we do, there is actually a very important additional part of us. A part that came first. The part that actually thought our physical body into being. Some may call this part Energy, Spirit, Soul, Essence, Child of God, or a host of other names. It is all the same and it is vibrational.

We interpret our surroundings through this vibration, with our senses. We perceive sound through vibration, see through vibration, taste through vibration, touch through vibration, smell through vibration, and we feel emotions through vibration. Everything has a vibrational frequency.

To recognize this integral part of the nature of your being is the foundation. When you grasp that you are more than the physical body you spend your time in, you can begin to come to realize that you are a being of unlimited potential. If it feels uncomfortable to think about it, stop. Just let the information sit with you a bit. With each subsequent hub in the Insight Into You Series I will delve a little deeper and you will be able to see the value and fit the pieces together.

After taking in this simple series, the reader may come to a new place of operating in his or her life. From there one can make changes or enjoy life as it is.
