Insight Into You #4: Your Two Perspectives
56Please visit the Insight Into You Series hub for the complete list of this series, which is based on my interpretation of two books: The Astonishing Power of Emotions by Esther & Jerry Hicks and A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. I recommend reading all of the hubs in the series to receive the full benefit. Thank you ~
A Little Explanation
You are human. You are more than just a human. You are Both.
How about that? You have two perspectives from which to live your life.
Your Human Perspective
You observe what is going on in and around you and your life. You see what is going on - you feel ill, you feel well, you are poor, you are rich, you see famine, you see plenty, you see chaos and hatred in our world, you see war and you see those who are doing whatever they can to make this world a better place. You try and figure out what it is you're doing, need to do, and what you're not doing.
You experience life as a human. Whatever that means to you. You're living it, right now. And it's quite possible you're pretty focused right there, right here in being a human being.
This is good. Now, you're curious...
Your Other Perspective
Without sounding judgmental, your other perspective is your larger, broader, eternal perspective. It is that of your Spirit, Soul, Source, God, Buddha, Allah, or whatever name you call the Creator. It is your Energy.
This perspective of you comes from a stream of Pure, Positive Energy. This perspective is all Loving. This perspective of you loves you unconditionally in all moments. This perspective of you also loves everyone else unconditionally, all of the time.
We are not separate from that which many call God. We are literally part of God - an extension of Source Energy.
The Relationship Between You and You
This next part is something that everyone ought have knowledge of as soon as they are born. In some ways we do. However, many of us have been persuaded through our human experience to not understand or acknowledge this very important and informative part of living this life.
We have the ability to determine our relationship between our two perspectives, through our Emotional Guidance System. We all have it and it is perfect. However, it may take some absorbing of information to really figure it out after a lifetime of not fully knowing what it is, how it works, and how to proceed in life after realizing it fully. In a subsequent hub, I will begin the discussion of your own internal compass.
Notes from Rainbow Recognizer
At the risk of startling readers, I am writing the Insight Into You Series of hubs with the intention of genuine information sharing. Raised Christian, I have always sought more to broaden my spiritual understanding. We all interpret with our own "filter" or point of view. What these books have helped me to do is love myself and others more. To be in harmony with life and enjoy it. Understanding myself from these perspectives has been a life changing experience. I am spreading the word so as many as possible can benefit. Please take what works and leave the rest.
