The Best and Traditional Cure For An Insomniac

It’s 12 midnight. You go to your bed but after a while, you still can sleep. So you’re an insomniac. There’s nothing wrong. This is normal for common world since we’re live in ‘noisy world’, I mean today. I am insomniac before. So, how did I cured my insomnia or maybe it is better to ask can an insomniac be cured?

Insomnia cure

Insomnia can be cure easily without taking any medicine. So, how to cure insomnia? You may wonder what is the best way to cure insomnia when prescription pill don't work. For pregnant peoples, you may ask what is the best way to cure insomnia during pregnancy, right? Yes, there is no need for medicines. Why do we need to take a medicine since we can cure it naturally? Sleep pills always taken by insomniac peoples but it’ll harm your body in the long term. Here is my tips for insomniac out there and it seems to be effective methods to cure insomnia without using drugs. However, it is not the surest way to cure insomnia but you may try it by yourself to know the effectiveness of these tips to your body:

  1. Don’t drink 2 hours before sleep. Water, which is fluid will only give you more oxygen in your brain and body, thus make you stay active. Avoid drinking water will also avoiding you from wake up at the midnight to urinate.
  2. Train yourself to follow your sleep schedule. This practice needs to be done in a long term before you can see its effects. This practice will ring the alarm of the time to sleep in your brain. When the time comes, you will feel drowsy. I by myself just can see its effects after a month practicing this.
  3. Don’t read serious book before sleeping. Reading is a good habit but reading a serious book, especially academic books can’t give bad effects on your sleeping quality. Your brain will process the information that you read, mean your brain is working. You should give it a rest. Reading a nice and sweet story is better, as long as it can make you feel happy and release your pressure.
  4. Just sleep at night. If you feel drowsy on a day, take a nap around 10 – 20 minutes. It should be enough. More than that will just make you can’t sleep at night.
  5. Wake up early. Yes. Wake up early and sleep early are good combo. Wake up late means that you overslept. But it doesn’t mean anything fro wake up early if you just watching a television.
  6. Drink a glass of warm milk. This is the most effective for insomniac peoples. Milk contains vitamins B which help us to feel unstressed. That’s why a baby will fall asleep after suckle.

By no means and without any doubt, insomnia can be related to depression. If you have the signs of depression, then that is the first thing that you should cure first instead of finding the cure for insomnia. Actually, anything that related to psychology can be cured naturally and depression is the cause for most disease that related to psychology. That's the answer if you ask any honest doctor (that don't treat peoples only for money) like 'is there a cure for insomnia that doesn't require medical treatment.
