Nature: something around us that is taken for granted instead of being used for inspiration like writing, photos, and all types of other ways to promote the beauty our Earth has to offer.  I decided to take my camera and take random pictures of nature to help inspire me to write and it has worked wonderfully.  I have taken these pictures, I have studied them, and will be or have put these elements into my stories.  I enjoy reading poetry with these beautiful elements, and truly enjoy the perfect capturing of these elements in photography and art.

Flowers, the ocean, clouds, trees, bushes, nature is in its finest everywhere we look and yet we do not take the time to slow down our lives and enjoy it.  Taking hikes, having your camera ready is a great way to capture nature.  Or when you are driving, have a camera ready and while you are riding take pictures or take the time to stop at rest areas and take picture then.

Don’t let nature pass you by, or the time to really truly appreciate what has been on this Earth for millions and millions of years.  Let it inspire you for writing, for art, and even possibly for your life.  Here are a few sentences that have struck me from these few pictures.

Picture 1: Blowing in the gentle breeze, the yellow flower, kissed by ruby red in the center, dances merrily.

Picture 2: Sunshine yellow flowers with ruby gemmed middles gossip about the latest trends they have seen humans wear.

Picture 3: Struggling to stand tall, the purple flowers shove the snakes of green bush around her.

Picture 4: Finally standing alone, the royal flower smiles in enjoyment as humans watch her beauty.

Picture 5: Other amethyst colored flowers watch in awe of the one standing alone within the green maze of shrubbery.

Picture 6: A sunset orange flower hides behind the green leaves and shadows.

Picture 7: Standing tall and proud, the bunch of close friends giggle and laugh about the world around them.

Picture 8: Life passes on, life changes, but the pure white and garnet red flowers are forever.

Picture 9: Crystal steps close to the bush, bending down and gently raking her finger across the pale white petals, the tip of her finger only brushing the red stain in the center.

Picture 10:  A sun struck yellow flower sits perched on its green bush, watching lazily as humans walk past.

Picture 11: Staring out across the horizon, the love struck couple, snuggles closer, stealing kisses from time to time.

Picture 12: Reaching for the baby blue sky, the lone pine tree sighs in boredom as he takes in the scenery around him.

Picture 13: White-gray fluff clouds roll lazily across the light blue sky, watching the world as it ages with the centuries of change.
