                   Hai everyone im new here i found  hubpages very useful.So i decided that i would also share what i know.Well then let me start.Todays one of the common problem for all of us is "stress".This is having serious impact on our physical health in later stages.But there is no lock without a key is'nt it! Is it posssible to keep yourself very fresh een after working for the whole day?

                   Yes! Its absolutely possible through simple but effective instant activity techniques given in these capsules.Just go through them and use them.You will see the result instantly.                 



Water

Often keep SIPPING water morning to evening.You will get abundant energy and feel fresh.Note that you do not have to drink a lot of water; just take sips.Water imbalance inside and outside the cells ,makes the pH of the cellular fluids change.This disturbs the rhythm of cellular processe including metabolism.As a result , we get easily tired.Instead, constant supply of water through sips, will keep up the pH balance and thereby facilitate cellular processes.Thus you become fresh.That apart, execessive intake of water gets simply excreted.


Body Yawning

                Keep the palms at the back of your neck and bring the hands forward for the elbows to touch.Take the hands backwards , bend the shoulders further backwards as much as you can and bring the elbows forward.Repeat it once and stretch your hands into the air for a click sound.(This sound comes from the joints of shoulders ,elbow and/or wrists.This reliveves you from body stiffness.)Put hands down and turn your head to the left and right gently, and blow air 5-6 times.You will become very fresh and get out of your tiresomeness.

               This technique is very effective and can be done any number of times.However, avoid doing body yawning when your stomach is full.


Ear Stretching Technique

Whenever you feel drowsy, stretch your ear lobes(edges) forward.If you do it for a minute, you wil totally get out of your drowsiness.This is an effective acupressure technique.It can be done anywhere, any time.It is a harmless instant activator.


Blinking Technique

                         This is very useful when you work straight for long hours.When you feel sleepy, use this technique.You will get out of your drowsiness instantly.Get two eye cups(available in medical shops),fill with cool water, and dip your eyes in the cups.

Blink you eyes in the water for a minute.If needed, repeat it with fresh cool water taken in the cups.In case you do not get eye cups, you may use small plastic sauce cups.It is also found to be very effective to splash cool water on to your face.It freshens you Instantly.


Balloon Technique

Whenever you feel drowsy and lack energy, blow a balloon 6 to 10 times, very small to big size, gradually and sequentially.

This spontaneously makes you take more oxygen leading to enhanced metabolism to give more energy.If you do this technique for a few days, you will master it perfectly.Thereafter, whenever you are drowsy just visualise a balloon and simply blow air for 6 to 10 times.You will become fresh.
