I've seen that there are people who think instant laxative is a reality and I have to say that there is nothing so instant, it can't be. You cannot just say "go" and you go to toilet and make it, it does not work like that, maybe if you are having diarrhea, then it may be possible to say that diarrhea is a natural instant laxative, but it not something that you want to have. 

   There are different forms of laxatives and alternatives that cand work as an instant laxative, for example:

• enema: if you are going to use an enema device in order to get rid of whatever you have to get rid of, it may work. But, most of the people do not have home a kind of enema equipment and most of the people do have to take it in order to get rid of, so household laxative are the best solution, easy and free, maybe not so instant, maybe.
• there are also glycerin suppositories that may work in a couple of minutes (up to 20 minutes). I know that because my grandmother used to give them to me when I was small and I was having problems with constipation. Altough the laxative side effects could be null, I guess it's better to use something natural or a suppository. I guess that it's hard to use a supository because it's more complicated to take it at work or an a trip, but you could do your best in order to succed. If you believe you can do something, then you are going to do it, once for all.
• laxative use is not to tell on children hands because they can play not to nice with them. There are a lot of laxative pills and liquid laxatives that work like fast acting laxatives and you do not want to use them the wrong way. I've recently seen that there are people using this kind of laxatives in order to weight loss and stuff like that, something that is not a cure or healthy, it's just bad.
• coffee is a natural laxative. It well known that coffee is like that and if you drink to much coffee you know that you are going to visit the toilet. 

• liquids and juice: lemon juice, apple juice and also tomato juice could make a fantastic job to make you go to the bathroom really fast. Most of the people do not resist prune juice with yogourt so do it, if you want to get rid of the stool inside and constipation.
• also, there are laxatives pills on the market, herbal laxatives and much more. Stick to natural products. They have no side effects, or no bad side effects and they do not disturb the body working pattern.
• magnesium citrate laxative is also good in order to get rid of the things you want to get rid of. Do remember that laxative use has to be non addictice and you do not have to take a lot of them because you could stick to them, altough you don't have any problems, so you do not want to cause yourself more problems that you already have.

   Do remember that constipation is just a symptom and the main way to get rid of it for a long time or forever is to be cleaning out your colon on regular basis. If you do not do that there are many nasty things that could happen to you, colon cancer for example, thing that you do not want to happen.
