Coffee connoisseurs may cringe at this recipe, but if you want a delicious alternative to driving to you favorite coffee shop for a Mocha Latte, here it is.

I brew a pot of coffee,just like always. (Regular or decaf, depending on how much buzz I need at the time)

In a mug, I put one envelope of instant hot cocoa mix. (The kind with marshmallows is really good!)

Next, I put in my freshly brewed coffee and stir well. Voila! Instant Mocha Latte.

For a really yummy drink, add a little cream or milk.

Other suggestions:

• Add a dash of chocolate syrup
• Sprinkle the top with cinnamon
• Warm some milk in the microwave and then stir with a fork until frothy. Pour this on top for a coffee shop kinda feeling
• Mix hot cocoa mix with instant coffee and put in a zip-loc bag to take with you or give as gifts in a mug.
