Thousands of car wreck injury cases pass by each year with only minimal insurance payouts being reported. This means one thing: people are afraid to or simply don't press their claims to the maximum. From my experience the more you whine and complain the more they will cough up. The longer you wait to cut a deal with them the more they will offer because they want to wrap it up and be done with it. These people normally miss work and are without a ride.(due to the accident) However all the bills continue to come in. Some people end up with no place to live. A lot of people end up losing their job cause they cant work. The insurance companies know these things and are quick to try and settle. The truth is at this point you probably don't even know how much money your out. Some injures may linger on and on and end up costing you more and more. Not taking their offer is sometimes tough because you need all the money you can get your hands on. Waiting out the insurance company is never easy but if you can hold out it will be better in the long run.
