My real estate calendar is creating a buzz with my co-workers. It is designed to inform buyers, sellers, investors and builders of educational, informational real estate goings on locally and nationally! Right now it is in Beta. And I just can't give you the address of the web site yet. Its too early to show off!. I will give it to you over the tele-seminar call in just 3 days! So get on the call. I only have 12 seats left. Some Real Estate Calendar questions answered

1. Who can add an event? Anyone (How cool is that) can add an event directly onto the calendar. This is what makes my calendar so special. If you do not register, it will go through an approval process before it shows up on the calendar.

2. How is the real estate calendar designed? Well, the design is basic but appealing enough to the eye and we are improving upon it everyday.

3. Can I add a link/links on the calendar to my event? Yes. your link is welcomed. In fact, it will also have HTML entries too!

4. How is it formatted? The real estate calendar has a really cool format. I have actually created 52 calendars so far. One for each state. Simply press a drop down menu, go to your state and enter in the event! I have also created an online event real estate calendar as this would not be state specific. The really cool thing here is that when anyone logs on, every event from every state shows up on the front page calendar.

5. How much does the site cost to interact with? It's Free! 100% free. However, the event that you see or that you add may not be. That is up to the person having the event.

6. Can I add open houses? Yes. I consider that an event too! This concept is brand new. no one else is doing it like I am. So, that may change.

7. Will there be some more specific calendaring? YES. You, the user will help me to add more specific calendars everyday! One that comes to mind could be a short sale/preforclosure/auction events.
