International Man of Misery Flees France
36The omnipresent omnipotent omnimpudent omnincompoop Donald (Awesome Powers) Rumsfeld is on the lam from torture charges filed in France. Running afoul of pesky and quaint laws he was whisked away from breakfast after henchmen learned from Frenchmen that he faced charges of criminal torture there.
A report by Jon Ponder in Pensito Review reports that the ‘complaint accuses Mr. Rumsfeld of authorizing torture at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, and says it violated the Convention Against Torture, which came into force in 1987.'
‘Enhanced methods of interrogation', as they are so delicately portrayed by Rumsfeld, Cheney et al, are still deemed to be torture under international law, but according to neocon reckoning you can prescribe torture and not be a criminal just as you can be a cocksucker and not be gay.
