Effective Training Shows Itself In The Harvest

Secrets Of Internet Marketing Training

Let me share my experience and assessment of Internet marketing expert, Armand Morin's internet marketing training and coaching program, AM2.0. Armand understands the principles for building online success and weaves them into his daily regime and habits. Best for me, a key part of his business is sharing his direct experience with people like myself.

As I learn to adopt these principles, I am becoming more and more comfortable and competent in Internet Marketing and Communications. Why is this important to me? I long for the freedom of expression and potential for leading a powerful independent life and sharing my learning so others don't need to struggle as much as I did. This is the spirit of this hub.

This approach will not appeal to everyone. We are all unique special beings who have our own way of learning and doing business. What I do hope is that by relating my own feelings and experience, it will create a spark in the reader to consider their own vision and find programs and support that are aligned and reflect specifically who they are. Chasing after what you hope will work, is very dangerous and costly, especially if you haven't done your own inner work first.

So please enjoy and leave your comments and ideas. I'd really love to hear them. Thank you.

Real-Life Teachings

My Internet Marketing Training Search

I had been searching for an affordable and comprehensive training and mentoring route to help me progress to the next level of online entrepreneurship. I tried out a handful of internet marketing programs, but just as I was about to invest in it, Armand released his own program.

Because I was already satisfied with some of his other programs, I decided to give this one a try.

Training Must Reflect Your Goals
When you decide to learn from someone, you want to consider their style, experience and for me, their vision of what's needed to navigate the future of online marketing. This can only come from years of experimentation and rigorous testing and correcting as you go.

In my view, Armand's style favors simplicity over complexity, sound business practices over hype and a proven down to earth can-do attitude vs fear-based urgency. And, for me, that makes for a true mentor in any arena.

I experienced lots of 'AHA!' moments and have so far implemented several corrections, updates and new directions for my online businesses. I really liked the fact that Armand demonstrated his techniques from his own live campaigns.

Internet Marketing Training Approach

Creative Learning
Watching Armand work through various live scenarios, has helped me understand how to think about the market, the campaigns and how to approach opportunities and challenges. I'm finding It's the little things that make the biggest difference between success and failure online.

A hands-on, real-time approach to learning is critical to internet marketing training. Too many variables can come into play if you're just trying a new technique out from a script. I found it really helps to be able to ask questions and see the process unfold.

In the early days, it seemed that almost any tactic worked, the good, the bad and the ugly. It was the wild west of the internet. Today, however, this market is much more sophisticated and so are the growing capabilities of the online entrepreneurs.

On the other hand, traditional corporate approaches to training generally are not very successful online. They tend to be very heavy in documentation and very poor in personality, a key ingredient to gaining and maintaining the shorter attention span of the online audience.

The Importance Of Just-In-Time Training

New Training Style
In my search for a comprehensive online training program, I came across several models that bore a close resemblance to the corporate training style I was already familiar with from the past.

What turned me off was the complexity and overwhelming amount of material to go. I had a hard time staying awake long enough to learn anything and what i did learn, I soon forgot.

I do believe the key to successful online coaching and training lies in just-in-time training. You learn and apply as you go along.

Armand Morin's AM2.0 training is presented in bite-size chunks of information that can be easily digested and applied at the 'teachable moment'. You don't get overwhelmed or lost, so you get to practice what is often called: learn, rinse and repeat. It's very much an apprentice style of learning, which works for me.

Beware Of Huge Claims

Too many training programs give simplistic examples that seem to work in any mass market and in anybody's hands (i.e. dating sites, etc.). There is a big difference between the power of simplicity, distilled from the breadth and depth of knowledge and experience versus simplistic, hype-filled demonstrations that have saturated cyberspace.

The dirty little secret about most internet marketing training programs is that the majority of people never follow through long enough to test the validity of the results claims. So there is little accountability and the hype get masked by supporting friends and colleagues.

That is starting to change with the FTC's new guides concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising.

This is a great trainning program, I've heard about. I will be loking into taking part and would recomend that anyone wanting to gain a better undestanding of internet marketing do the same.

It is only with a solid fundamental understanding of marketing online that one can make it in this industry.

It just makes using things like the SlideUp Fx I mention here http://hubpages.com/hub/Increase-sales-and-opt-ins that much more effective and easily implemented into the overall markeitng plan of your website products and services.

Thanks
