The number of times a keyword or keyword phrase is used during a month, is called “keyword search popularity”.
Keyword search popularity varies depending on the regions, and languages of the search engine. Some keywords vary seasonally or can be influence resulting from a news story carried on television network.

A powerful way to learn about Internet marketing is by studying successful Internet marketing campaigns. If you are offering a products or services in a particular target market, enter relevant terms in a search engines to find the websites of businesses ranking high in the search results of your niche.
You can gain a great deal of insight by looking at what these businesses are doing to contribute to their online success. Examine everything, from the website design to the content on the web pages to learn why they are successful.
You also need to consider how they are marketing their website. Does their marketing include banner ads, affiliate marketing programs or other types of advertising?
With this knowledge you can take steps to implement the same marketing elements in your own website and marketing campaign to gain a deeper degree of success.
Care must always be taken to not copy directly from your competitors. Your goal is to emulate what is successful for your target market and to apply it in your own way.
