On infomercial media: 'It worked for them one month straight. We do only one radio. Like I said, we tested some hip-hop channel and we tested some other talk radio. We couldn't really get it to work because the pricing structure for radio and for television is not the same as pricing structure for space advertisement and for direct mail. Maybe we weren't as experienced in negotiation but as far as there's price to pay, the radio was not easy to get to work for. Radio's not my favorite medium at all. I like TV, I like print and I like direct mail.'

Another excerpt from the interview: 'Another thing is, sometimes people lives like the idea of what's going to be like when it comes out. They know all about the customer and the customer who only buys for you. Not for your benefit basically. You just want to be selfless and be over about the customer and just give it your best shot as far as particular product. That's the big variable. That's the whole secret to work is the right product. Nobody can predict that. What I used to have is just the product. That's separates everybody from having everything they want. You need tactics. You could buy books like mine and listen to an audio or calls. You have to pick the right one that has the highest probability of working. You give it a shot and you just take it from there.'
