When seeking success with a chosen mlm company, NOTHING is as important as selecting the right sponsor. If your sponsor is the "hands off", non-communicative type, it could be potentially more difficult for you to "ramp up" your recruiting efforts quickly.

Look For These Qualities In A Sponsor

And, in order to determine if your sponsor has these qualities, you may need to do a little "detective work!"

The qualities that are important are as follows:

1.) They should have a definite schedule of downline phone calls. An agenda should be created for each call, and followed dilligently.

2.) Your sponsor should have creative marketing ideas and be willing to share them, and train distributors to implement them.

3.) Sponsors should make themselves available to speak with your prospects. You should not have to "chase" your sponsor around.

4.) Staying "in the loop" with company initiatives is important for all distributors,especially your sponsor. This is very true when you are just starting out.

Now it is pretty obvious that your potential sponsor is not going to freely admit any shortcomings in these areas. This is where your "detective" work comes in to play. The key strategy for your investigation is to find other distributors that your potential sponsor has brought to the business. See if you can get in touch with them, and simply explain that you are considering the business, and ask for their help.

Try This Cool Technique

If you end up not being impressed with what you hear about your potential sponsor, no worries! Go to Google Search and type in the name of your company in the search box. Look to the right of the results page, at the sponsored listings. You will plenty of ads from distributors within your chosen company. Because they are paying for a fairly sophisticated form of advertising, these individuals could be experienced leaders. They could be well worth contacting!
