Teleworking, remote working also said, means, literally, working
remotely. Specifically, it is work that is done when you are using
equipment that allow effective work to take effect in a different place

Remote not should not be confused as a specific function or

What makes this relationship be Telework is an exclusive service
of commitment to the organization and / or the employment contract
established, ie, there is a working relationship between the
organization and employee, through mechanisms that digital (software),
electronics (computers) and communication (telephone, fax, by Skype
...), there is the commitment of both parties. The spread of the
traditional way, is that the employee is not restricted to the area of
the company, forced to go to work every day to exercise their activity.
He has an agreement with the company providing further possibilities
for this relationship outside the work environment.
But it is not just giving a laptop to the employee. You must be a
project involving a study of the processes of identifying the company
"teletrabalháveis", a selection of the appropriate official who falls
under certain conditions for working outside the company, the adequacy
of equipment and software to be used, the training of managers and
other officials so that they can cope with the conditions of work that
is not physically present, but will be working for the company where
you are.
There are several companies that adopt telework, however, many of
them do not assume as such, since the concept is widespread among other
strategies, such as automation of sales forces and consultants (for
example). Many of these companies are Brazilian cases Telework, applied
in the Sales Force Automation, External Consultants, Regional Managers,
finally, in various positions within the organization.
We can say that the main areas of expertise are in the areas of
sales, consulting, engineering and service, especially in the area of
Information Technology, executives of large companies and, more
recently, telesales / tele-service (Call Centers).
