For the first time in my life my desire is to slow down. I'm quieting - unfortunately the world is speeding up, and changing rapidly. Many of the ways that used to make me money, don't work as good anymore. So I must reinvent my life.

Change your plan.... re-examine your priorities... and do new things...

Check out your local tourist office, for free and cheap things to do all around your area. So often we forget to enjoy our backyard!

This means spending less money, using my time wisely, and sharing time, information and items with my friends.

We garden. We don;t have a plot in our yard but at our community garden. Our plot is about 6 x 6. It came with last years basil and mint, reborn and growing fast.Flower pots on our porch house other herbs. Our plan is to make an edible yard. Almost everything we plant will be food! Even potted herbs can help pep up any meal!

Going to dinner at a restaurant used to happen more often. I like to mix and match take out food with items I can get from the grocery store. Like my store makes great egg rolls and it's nicer to get take out rice rather than frozen.

I'm teaching art classes. It's something that has been growing, even though I never imagined doing it for a living.... it seems to be growing into that. What skills can you share?

My friends all trade info on ways to make money like hubpages, etsy, lulu, cafepress and a slew of other online entities.What do you and your friends know to combine and earn money?

That's all I care to invent today... now it's time to kick back and enjoy the evening!
