If you are having trouble with your ipod, You have come to the right place! Below i will list the trouble shooting tip's that have worked for me in the past.

• If you can't transfer song's to your ipod, Make sure you have the latest itune's software installed. You can easily download itune's at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ You may need to enter your email address.
• If your screen is too dark go to Menu>Settings>Brightness.
• If your ipod is frozen, depending on what model you have toggle the hold button on and off or hold the circular button in the middle down.

Also, if you try to download song's to your ipod that is in wma format it may not convert properly.
