Are You Willing to Pay the Price?

There's an old saying which says that you are what you eat and when it comes to leading a healthy life, this is so true.

Poor food results in poor health as its simply not capable of sustaining a fully functional body

When I recommend certain healthy foods to people such as salads, oatmeal, wholegrain rice and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, the average response I get is one of bewilderment regarding the cost of these items but really, one cannot put a price tag on a healthy lifestyle.

For me Irvine Boot Camp Trainer, Eating healthy has become a part of me over the years and I no longer even consider my diet to be special. Fortunately for me, having once been considered obese I experimented with a healthy diet and before long, I was transformed into a fraction of my former self as far as weight was concerned. I think this first hand experience was evidence enough to convince me for life.

Irvine Boot Camp Trainer wants you to think about how many people actually think of their bodies as an ever changing collection of cells, all of which require suitable fuel for this process to take place effectively? When one considers the following facts, one can then better understand the importance of eating good healthy food: - - The lining of our stomach and our intestines is replaced every 3 to 4 days. - We have a new liver every five months. - Our taste buds are replaced every 10 days These are just three examples although there are many more such as our entire skeleton being replaced frequently as well. Yes, it's beyond comprehending that as far as atoms are concerned, 98% of the atoms we have today, we never had a year ago.

In addition to our physical body, people should also be reminded that even our emotional feelings are affected by this process as our feelings rely on hormones which are of course also made up of millions of atoms. When we take all this into consideration Irvine Boot Camp Trainer suggests, then it becomes plain to see how the quality of our food has a direct bearing on the quality of our lives.

Fortunately for us our bodies don't hold a grudge and no matter how we neglect it, it will continue attempting to repair itself as best as it can but it stands to reason, if you don't provide quality building materials, you'll have a poor quality home.

Are You Willing to Make Changes?

If I Irvine Boot Camp Instructor were to be honest, I'd have to say I lost count years ago as to how many people have asked me to recommend books and diets to them in order for them to live a better and healthier life. While I may have lost count of the numbers, my reply is always much the same. Before you run off to buy the latest book or clear out your cupboards so you can stock up on healthy foods, you first have to ask yourself if you?re willing to go all the way in terms of time and money. The dietary changes alone are going to cost a significant amount more that you?d expect and that?s even before you do other things like signing up with a gym. Okay, so many people do have the money to make these changes but as I've said, money is not the only factor. It takes time to prepare enough food for six meals a day and it takes time to go work out in a gym two or three times each week as well. So now you can see why I always give the same advice which is, you need to be 100% sure that you're ready to commit yourself in every way. If you're not, then you won't only be throwing your money away, but you'll be wasting your time as well.

Irvine Boot Camp Trainer wants you to Judge yourself to see if you're ready by asking yourself these questions: 1. Are you ready to sacrifice sitting in front of the TV? 2. Are you willing to earn extra money if you need to in order to pay for healthier foods? 3. Are you willing to cut out the comfort foods you've been enjoying for most of your life?

On a more positive note, is understandable to be apprehensive at first because what you're considering is none other than a complete change of life and very few people actually manage to take this in their stride. Furthermore, no matter how much advice you get from me or anyone else, if you can?t put it into practice, you'll never succeed.

Even though these changes are so significant, there's one thing you can be absolutely certain about and that is, if you eat clean and live clean, you'll reap the rewards and you will never look back, Irvine Boot Camp Instructor wants you to know!
