Fat Loss for Idiots Is For Real

Every day we see more and more diets that claim to work quickly and guarantee that you will lose impossible pounds in a very short time. The Fat Loss for Idiots diet, which has been reviewed by millions of overweight people everywhere claims that people can lose nine pounds in eleven days. I gave this pause and wonder how this fat loss for idiot’s diet works? If you are thinking as I, that this can’t possibly work or even if it does work you will quickly gain back all the weight you lost—that may not be true. The issue of dropping pounds is very popular in every avenue from pill supplements to the cabbage diet. Proving this diet is not a scam seems to be the proof in the pudding so to speak, or trying it for yourself to see if it works.

I’m overweight and skeptical of any diet that promises I can drop pounds fast. I’m more of the count calories person and watch what I eat person.

In the Fat Loss for Idiots diet, it truly does seem to follow things I can understand and make sense to me.

Things like eating at different times to confuse my metabolism and how my brain controls the release of fat hormones. Hormones are powerful things; all women know this and what they can do to our bodies during menopause so why not use them to our advantage—to lose weight. Because our bodies can adjust to our caloric intake over time, it doesn’t really matter if you start a 1,500 a day calorie diet—your metabolism will adjust to that and you will find you aren’t dropping any pounds. With this diet, I was able to eat four times a day instead of my usual routine of skipping breakfast and lunch and gorging on dinner. I had super energy compared to other diets which was a plus and I didn’t have to shell out a lot of bucks for this diet or pay for tons of extra things I didn’t need or want.

So, right off, I began to feel my skepticism subside. I wasn’t sure if I would indeed lose nine pounds in eleven days—but I felt pretty good that I would lose some pounds. I loved the online diet counter and diet handbook, which offered my first eleven-day menu. I learned that genetics didn’t matter in weight loss and that I could even eat out. There are even suggestions on what to buy at the grocery store, and if you are like me, I’ve never really learned to read food product labels—who can besides the skinny gal next to you who probably only eats rice and water and looks too thin? As each day passed, I didn’t feel hungry and seemed happier and that is worth its weight in gold to me as being overweight is an issue I must face every time I put my clothes on each day. Peace of mind that a diet might work was a wonderful feeling.

I didn’t feel anxious either or feel like I’ll never get enough to eat—something I felt often with other diets. I wasn’t counting calories and still having a glass of wine at dinner some evenings; something forbidden on almost every diet I’ve come across. The Fat Loss for Idiots diet was starting to seem like a non-scam to me and I could feel I had lost some weight but wanted to wait until day eleven to step on that scale. When day eleven came, I didn’t lose nine pounds, but I lost five, which I thought, was pretty good. Next I wondered if all my weight would come back like other diets? I read the testimonials and reviews on the Internet and found that people who did gain weight back blamed themselves for gaining it back—not the diet. Do I think the Fat Loss for Idiots diet is a scam? No, I think it works pretty well and perhaps to me the best part is I’m not tired or lack energy from this diet. You too should try this—after all what do you have to lose except pounds?
