After watching Game 6 between the Orlando Magic and The Cleveland Cavaliers, one thing is clear: Lebron James, possibly the best if not the second best basketball player in the world, will be leaving the team that drafted him in 2003. Many may disagree with this true fact, in fact James himself has asserted he has every intention to stay. However, more than loyalty dictates an athlete, and a player of Lebron's status need not worry about the monetary aspects of the game. Therefore, only one thing is left that may place an incentive for Lebron James: a place in the history books as a legend that dominated not only his time, but possibly the game itself, ever.

Countless teams have been preparing for his next signing years before the upcoming date, making trades and clearing capspaces, with the intentions of enticing the biggest marketing tool in the basketball world today. Nike itself was rumoured to have guaranteed a huge bonus to Lebron if he was willing to depart Cleveland for a much bigger basketball market, such as Chicago, L.A, and the Madison Square Gardens of New York. Also, lets not forget about the possibility of countless championship rings brought back to the respective team that will strive above all other teams and acquire the King's extraordinary services.

In Cleveland, Lebron James has a sound defensive cast of players that play the strong defensive sets their coach, Mike Brown, and although defense wins championships, so does talent, and more importantly so does dominant big men. In the History of the NBA, apart from Michael Jordan and his Chicago Bulls, every championship team, particularly dominant consecutive champions, all had dominant big men that dominate under the rim offensively and of course defensively. A system that has a big man as a facilitator has always been successful and the Orlando Magic gave all the basketball fans of our time a textbook example of how to get it done against a team that dominated the NBA during the regular season. Dwight Howard entered the NBA after Lebron James, and the Magics were put together after Lebron's cavaliers, yet they strived in a playoffs filled with superstars, not necessarily big men, who facilitated the attacks and defense against other teams. When Lebron James is awarded this privilege, count on him to take his game and the NBA itself to new heights that have never been reached.

Lebron James is most definitely on his way out of Cleveland and into another spotlight, and regardless of the team, a sound defensive team plus a competant big man that King James will definitely elevate is a sure recipe for success, in terms of acquiring James legendary god like status and of course the rare marketing prosperity that will follow the KIng wherever he goes.
