Is Miley Cyrus Living a Double Life

Is Miley Cyrus leading a double life? I don't mean is she living as her alter ego Hannah Montan either.

If you watch her Today Showperformance promoting her album Breakout, from Friday July 25th, you will see the grown up well coached image that Miley is going for. I really think it is the wrong path for her to choose right now career was, but there is no doubt the writing is on the wall at Disney.

Disney execs have gotten a ton of revenue from riding the Miley Cryus, Hannah Montana craze, but in true Disney fashion they are pushing her out and investing in Selena Gomez. But, Cyrus hasn't helped any with her little photo scandals and antics. I don't blame her for Vanity Fair. I think that story was completely media driven and those harmless photos could have been embraced in a different way by the media.

However, Miley is responsible for her cell phone photos and this brings me to my point. This kid is obviously very driven and a really talented person, but my double life issue is this. Her Miley and Mandy show on youtube is out of control. She is just a normal teen and it shows. There is now way I, or anyone else could feel sorry for her if they took a look at some of the mean spirited things she says and does on youtube. Her handlers should stop this stuff.

Again, it is normal, teen behavior but she is no normal teen and this will end up ruining her. Can you imagine being cyber-bullied by Hannah Montana?

Miley, your Television Show is awesome. I love the concerts and clothes, but I don't my want 8 year old to somehow see you on Miley and Mandy. What am I supposed to tell her? "yes dear, this is how teenagers really act and this is what you have to look forward to. Your friends bashing you in cyberspace"

Take a look at the crowds for your concerts. It's the little ones you'll see out there. The teens won't be caught dead at Miley Cyrus event, so you know that the cash cow is the parents of the 10 and unders.

I realize that kids grow up and Miley is acting as stupid as we all expect her too, but if this is gonna be her act, let it go, turn off the publicity machine and let my kid move on to some other lunch box for school this year.

Miley Cyrus donned her running shoes for good causes this weekend (09-10May09) - the teen was among stars who joined in a charity event to raise money for cancer research.

The Hannah Montana singer/actress kicked off the Revlon Run/Walk for Women in Los Angeles on Saturday (09May09), which saw 50,000 participants come together to take part in the event.

Cyrus, who joined in with her mom Tish, told the crowd, "Think of all the money that you've raised by working together. And you guys have been doing it 16 years, that's as old as me. So this is pretty amazing, to have a foundation that has been working for so long and just as many people are here.

"The Revlon Run/Walk is seriously amazing, so make sure you guys keep it up. We'll keep it going no matter how long it takes until all of our sisters are safe from these cancers."

Other stars who joined in the run included breast cancer survivor Christina Applegate and Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross.
