The ultimate conspiracy - a faked alien invasion
I first came across the idea of Project Bluebeam in a book in 1995 by Norio Hayakawa entitled UFOs,The Grand Deception and the Coming New World Order.Since then I have befriended Norio at Myspace and just recently I found myself discussing Project Bluebeam in one of my hubs here. So I thought I would explain what it is all about.
Basically, Project Bluebeam is designed to usher in the New World Order with a one world government, a one world army, a one world religion, a cashless society and micro-chipped populations controlled by a central computer. The elite of the world would not be subject to this fascist control system but would run it and enjoy its spoils.
In order to accomplish this, and like with other massive operations to instil public fear such as the so-called war on terror and the weapons of mass destruction, as well as 9/11, something must be created to terrify the people and the media is then used as the perfect tool to brodcast the official version to them. This is using the "Problem-Reaction-Solution" formula, as David Icke would call it. Create the fake alien invasion, wait for the public to be scared and then offer the answer - a one world government and army.
In the case of Project Bluebeam there are more than one theorised plan that may be put into operation. One of these is to stage an elaborate worldwide faked alien invasion with UFOs that will be seen in the sky. These will either be made on this planet secret technology-driven craft operated by the black budget and military and/or advanced holographic imagery.
When the media has announced in mainstream news that the planet is being attacked by hostile aliens the solution will be martial law declared and the introduction of a one world government and army to fight this threat to humanity. The idea was actually once voiced by the late President Reagan when he spoke about a cause needed to unite the world and suggested that that threat might come from outer space.Did Reagan know all about Bluebeam?
Another part of Project Bluebeam is to again use holographic and HAARP technologies to create religious prophecied scenarios taking place. Biblical "signs and wonders" will be made artificially, and also the religious deities Jesus, Mohammed, Krishna and Buddha to be created as images that people will be able to perceive as real.The purpose of this would be to establish the one world religion that the Illuminati are seeking to cause.

Jordan Maxwell, David Icke and other leading conspiracy theorists are well aware of Project Bluebeam and Maxwell points out that the Orson Welles War of the Worlds scenario was like a trial run for this.The public are easy to panic!
Many ufologists also know about Project Bluebeam and for them the current and ongoing media coverage of UFOs as a reality, coupled with the change in reporting that is taking place, is viewed as one of two possibilities. It may be done as a genuine start at getting truth out to the public, but there is also the possibility it is being done to get the public primed for Project Bluebeam. In other words they are being told that yes, craft from other worlds are coming here, and along with it the alien abduction scenarios, cattle mutilation and movies like Independence Day all have given people something to fear! Many believe that the abductions and mutilations are not done by aliens but are carried out by humans.
Meanwhile Dr Steven Greer and members of the Disclosure Project have been campaigning hard for a release of information on extraterrestrial beings and their craft, whilst making a point of stating that the aliens are not to be feared and actually wish to help us.
So this means that we need to know whether what we may be seeing is real or staged? Friendly or hostile?
And right now videos are doing the rounds on YouTube of a message by Blossom Goodchild in which she has predicted that UFOs will be experienced on the 14th October. Believers in Project Bluebeam think that if it happens it may be part of this operation, others believe it will happen and the UFOs will be the craft of friendly Pleiadeans. What do you think?

I have been so busy lately, I wish I could look into this more deeply, but I got to run.
However, I have a comforting thought ( I hope) based on the renown psychic Silvia Brown, I think she said on the Montel Williams show, (she wrote in her book too) that when the aliens do come, they will help us.
If you consider that there is a whole other civilization/nation, that is more advanced, then hold the hope that they can help us. The possibility is scientifically probable that there is other life based on Drakes law.
Perhaps it is our final hope amid corrupt government that few people even think are corrupt.

MD, like countless other people I personally do not need any proof of aliens/ETs and believe they have been here for a very long time. What is needed is for the truth to be admitted by governments.
In both scenarios of Bluebeam and 14 October the craft are there as a show, as evidence. The difference being on the one side there is the fake and on the other a possible reality!
A one world government has been an obvious conclusion to the progression of civilization since the first tribes began to merge pre-historically. It was only a matter of time until the technology worked out. Christianity, with it's easily circulated codex and great timing, became the particular story that most succinctly desribed this seemingly inevitable progression.
To my mind, the real trick (impossible, sadly) is to keep people from stuffing religion into it and to just let the, and I do hate to say it, honestly, mostly-Marxist progression do it's thing. Global proletariats work the same as nationalistic ones or tribal ones, they just make for a larger body count.
If there really are aliens guiding us (which I believe may be the case) they will step in when they need to. Frankly, they might even be the "second coming" the bible talks about. But, obviously I'm only kidding because such an idea would piss off lots of people, so I would never actually say that for real.

She's widely recognised as a charlatan. Just because she has become famous doesn't mean she is to be believed. She became famous through dubious means. Cite a different source, please.

Bard, I love your hubs, and yes, I do believe that our lives are many layered, and that some layers have yet to be revealed, but I can't buy into the notion of a world government. I'm sorry to disagree with the general concensus, but I just keep looking at the calibre of people who are either in high office, or standing for high office. You wouldn't trust many of these to run a kindergarten, so how on earth they end up meddling on a larger scale is an utter mystery to me!

Hi Steve! Wow, this is very depressing and alarming. Actually though, I think we've had a one world government run by Exxon and friends for awhile here--it's just not overt. I also think that, especially after watching the events of the past two weeks, aliens might do a better job of running the government. Bush and Cheney sure aren't worth much as far as leadership goes, and lately Paulson and Bernanke look more like Abbott and Costello than giant economist brainiacs. What a bunch of clowns. They broke the world--will they fix it now? Doubtful!

I read the Iron Mountain report about 15 years ago and have watched as they've followed it step by step over the years. The final stage was an extra terrestrial threat of some kind. I really wanted to believe what Blossom Goodchild or Commander Adama was saying but when he started saying that the "Cabal" was almost finished and bankrupt because of the current economic crisis I finally had to put the dreaded checkmark in the full of crap box. It's obvious as daylight that this "crisis" has been engineered. Someone should ask Billy Meijer about October 14th. I'd be curious to hear what he has to say.

Amanda, the point is that in the world as it is you cannot expect people "of high calibre" but can expect crooks, liars and actors! They are all preselected and it makes little difference which way people vote because they are sure to get a bad deal with whoever gets in!

My point was, just that Silvia Brown felt that aliens coming would be a good thing.
Looking at it as a good thing, is much better than the stupid governments of the world uniting us to fight aliens. I would rather look forward to aliens visiting, than be afraid of the government. There is almost nothing the government could say or do to have me not want to judge aliens for myself, by opening my own communication. Though, I am sure many will be tricked if such an event would occur.
If the government has anything to gain, they will not reveal any truths to us.
And my point of the experiment in Berkley is because the more people who sense the same signals, gives stronger proof. I can't explain the experiment very well at the moment, but it is in order to find the aliens. Perhaps better that we find them and communicate first before our government does, don't you think?

I want to apologize for only watching the first video when I read your article, now I saw the others. I read an article about HAARP in Scientific America that didn't supply any of that info.
The SETI experiment will let us know from where the signal is coming from, and if it is from HAArP, then it will not conclude it is from outside the galaxy.
It almost seems like the more the government will try to fool us, the more they may end up digging their own grave. If we can prove a massive conspiracy there will still be those that do not want to see the truth. I like how the video said "good intentions for mind control"

Most interesting to me was how emotional he got about the visitors. How he realized the true nature of these people, the bravery they have in coming here, and realizing our own image in them.
I just finished watching th Zeitgeist: Addendum. The answer to our issues here is amazingly good! It validates what you say about it not mattering who is in power. Even if I vote for Cynthia Mckinney or Ron Paul and though they are much better than our Democratics or Republicans, it is almost irrelivant assuming they want the ego of that power. His idea compares to what I was saying about the Avatar cartoon. The Avatar's society of the White Lotus is The Venus Project. The Avatar taking away the ability to bend from the fire nation, is us taking away the monetary sytem.
I still think we need to be weary of HAARP. This part, I do have some ideas about. Before I spill the beans, I want to do more research on HAARP. However, I think raised conciuosness, will be the thing that allows us to determine truth from hologram.
You have to see the Zeitgeist Addendum if you haven't yet. It gives me hope that we will be able to reach that level of spirituality the visitors require in order for us to visit them.

Yes, Stone makes a good point that many of the ETs are very brave souls who come here out of service to others and at their own risk. At a telepathic level he and they are one. He feels what they feel! Alex Collier points out that amongst the Andromedans because all are telepathic lies and hidden crime cannot exist because each Andromedan can see/know what any other is thinking. Imagine what it would be like on Earth if it were that way!
I suppose the problem I have with the idea of fake alien invasion or fake ET contact is the people who are peddling this idea and the whole basis on which it is being sold is based on the possible consequenses of real ET contact. Which it is feared will undermine current national identies, current religious belief structures and status quo and create a New World Order or new paradigm.So basically the motivation seems to be to sow seeds of doubt in people's minds in order to perpetuate ignorance and maintain the existing status quoProblem is if there is an ET reality and most of the evidence points in that direction then such changes are an inevitability, just as it's an inevitability that the tide comes in and you can't stop it coming in.The other thing is the whole notion of a fake alien invasion is self defeating in any case because in order for theatrical fakery to have any semblence of believability it has to have some basis in reality. In order for a cashless society to work you need a totally reliable banking system, given the World banking system is in a state of collapse. The notion one could have a totally electronic monetary system has failed. If anything thes monumantal and unprecedented changes will lead people, governments and institutions to invest in things which have a real exchanable market value such as for example property, land, and precious metals. So far from being someting on the way out the notion of exchangable currency (IOW Cash) based on a value in gold or other precious commodities has just become stronger. Because the collapse of the banking indistry is the collapse of the electronic monetary system you can't have money the value of which is based on thin air, because sooner or later people are going to realise it's totally worthless. Which is why the World economy is now toast. I don't think there ever will be a cashless society, because you can't have a monetary sytem where the means of exchange is totally worthless. Money has to represent something real, you can't base it value on a fantasy, because sooner people will see through the fantasy, which is what is happenening.
Amanda, thousands of people were afraid of non-existent aliens and invasion when the Orson Welles broadcast went out all those years back and ETs were far less of a public reality then. Since then the public have been primed over and over and over again in Sci-fi films, comics, cartoons, books and also in conspiracy theory re reptilians to believe that invading aliens are dangerous and a threat! Fake dangerous aliens now would be likely to deceive even more people I would have thought unless they have been listening to the Disclosure Project line or any of the the space brothers are our friends channelings and believe that all aliens are our brothers and sisters and are our friends! People who believe in and welcome ETs will still do so of course, but if there are fake aliens and craft then they have the problem of working out whether they are real ones or not! There is already the belief that the 'aliens' doing abductions are not real aliens but humans dressed up or mind-controlled imagery implanted by hypnosis.
I would think a cashless society was easy to create - first you remove physical cash, cheques, bonds and credit and debit cards and say unless people are micro-chipped so they can be scanned by machines in shops, banks, businesses etc then they will not be able to buy anything ot have any access to their accounts or wages. The chips and scanners would show whether you had enough money to pay and whether you were allowed to. I would have thought most people would say we need money so we must have the chip so we can buy and sell!
The banking system is not collapsing at all - it will probably soon be bringing in the Amero to replace the dollar. There is no point in having the Amero if it was not intended to be used as a monetary value to go alongside the Euro, which is already in existence as currency!
Well yes I dare say it would be a surprise to many people who haven't really taken a lot of interest in UFOs and ETs. However the the very fact they could concievably get here will change people's conception of the laws of physics and the Universe we live in, so even a completely fake alien invasion would create enormous changes in beliefs and in people's consciousness of the Universe we live in, which might not be favourable to the suppose machinations of the illumitati.
The reason I think a cashless society is unlikely is because the market place is controlled my human needs. It doesn't really matter how many chips they implant in people, people are still going to get hungry, need a roof over their head and need to keep warm in cold weather or cool in hot weather, and fundamentally it is those basic needs that drive the World economy and the marketplace.
In the absence of cash anyone that wasn't chipped and excludied from one level of the marketplace would alsways be able to exchange other things as currency for the things they require. In fact in a cashless system it would be impossible for governments to control the currency, you would end up with a black economy based on a barter system or trade in things such as gold, silver, drugs, cigarettes, tobaco food, sex which would effectively become an unofficial cash currency. All the removal of official minted cash currency would therfore achieve is remove the means by which the elite control the marketplace and the economy. and no amount of chipping will remove the basic human needs that is the reason that the marketplace exists in the first place. So whilst it might be possible to remove offically minted currencies, you could never have a cashless society because the need for a convienient means of exchange will persist even more so in a system where groups of people are excluded from the mainstream.
Most people today shop at chain stores and supermarkets and use credit cards. Instead of cards they would be scanned in some way to read the chip. people are getting used to this scanning of cards instaed of physical money. How would an underground barter system survive against the forces of the basic needs for food which is met by supermarkets? I agree with little corner shops it might well be possible to have an exchange of stuff in the shop for products or services of local people but small shops are vanishing fast and present no competition with the chain stores and supermarkets.
I agree with you that a fake invasion would be an admission that all is not as we have been told and that aliens do exist and can get here from far far away with technology we don't understand. However, that wouldn't matter if by then the world is in the grip of the New fascist World Order. It wouldn't matter what people thought or any new realisations they had, because they would be required to live as the new laws and controls dictated and they would be monitored and policed to see that they did so!
They've got the script and all the world's their stage. Sometimes real life can have more melodrama than art! Here's something interesting about the chip - I believe too that it's only a matter of time before all of us will have to have one implanted :( The health route is usually the easiest way to get acceptance.

Naive as it may be, I have a belief that truth can be detected even during the craftiest of lies, otherwise, how could any civilization survive? Truth is there, and if we seek it, we won't be easily fooled...at least that is the hope I cling to...I can't think that God would place anyone on earth, and then let all be fooled, and then be called a fool. If there were no way to detect truth, being fooled would not be the "fault of the fooled." If that makes sense...if not, then blame the alien...not me. LOL

The New World Order will come to pass in our time. After researching it for years, it finally came together this year. Jesus will be coming back and unspeakable things will happen during the course of th NWO, but keep your faith. No one can one can put a price on your soul. Those of you who don't believe, maybe now is the time to become a Christian. Life is short, but eternity is forever. All you have to do is believe in Jesus Christ and live a good life and you'll be saved. Just think of hell as all of the worst time in your life mutiplied 1000 and then add infinity to the equation. Great hub! I was glad to see a hub on this subject. I have just recently been looking at sites about project bluebeam and it is truly a scary idea. The thing that scares me the most is the low frequency signals that will accompany that will supposedly transmit voices (ie "God's" voice) directly into our heads. I have seen holographic images that have been done on video and they look pretty fake but I think if everyone heard voices too they would be more apt to believe. The only problem that I have with the effectiveness of project bluebeam is that with true rapture believers, when the rapture comes and you are left behind you will be tested by your leaders (ie - getting implants in your right hand, etc). So I feel that this being the majority of who would fall for project bluebeam would thus not be likely to be enslaved by the government and would revolt taking on more religious lives and not listening to what the government is telling you to do. It just seems that, although I would not put it past the NWO to do this, but a lot of gun-owners, religious people and anyone of intelligence would not buy it and could cause a revolt. Anyway, I just wanted to comment that this was a great hub and my main concern is the brainwave terrorism that could accompany project bluebeam...
