Prostate Massage.

  1.

Many men wonder now what is the best possible prostate treatment available. Should one go for natural herbal remedies or conventional medication? What is the role of prostate nutrition ? There is another possibility which is prostate massage.

Here are 6 questions that men often

ask about prostate massage as it has received

a lot of attention recently.

1. Why is it sometimes called the male G spot ? The male G spot (sometimes referred to as the Sacred Spot in Tantric philosophy) is simply a part of the prostate gland which, when stimulated, gives a man an intense feeling of pleasure associated with orgasm. The gland itself does the work of producing the fluid which will help to carry the sperm out through the urethra.

2.Why massage the prostate? The area where the prostate is located is about as inaccessible as you can get and therefore is difficult to get the blood flowing around that area - just think of sitting down all day and you will realise that there is not much stimulation there at all. That is why exercise is so important to get the blood flowing there. Exercise also lowers the testosterone which itself produces another hormone which will increase the size of the prostate. More blood means more oxygen and that can help to rinse the enlarged prostate of harmful toxins and bacteria which have built up over time. They could lead to the formation of a tumour. Just think of it as giving it a good rinse. This is also why regular masturbation may help to get rid of the toxins too. Recent studies have actually shown that men who masturbate more often are less at risk from prostate cancer.

3.Why is prostate massage not used more often by the medical profession in the UK and the US? There is no conclusive evidence that a massage may benefit the prostate so much and there is a risk that if there are calcium deposits in the gland, they may tear delicate tissue and also if prostatitis is present, then harmful bacteria may be spread to other tissues. Having said that, there have been many medical studies done to show that BPH, infertility and even chronic prostatitis can all benefit from this practice. This is especially the case where antibiotics have failed to solve the problem - eg. chronic prostatitis is very difficult to treat with conventional medication.

4.In the Far East prostate massage has been used for centuries as a way of maintaining the health of the gland and also to improve sexual health in general. In Thailand, it is standard practise to ask for a prostate massage. It is also a feature of Ayurvedic health practice.

5.The technique of massage can be learnt over time and it should be done GENTLY by a lubricated finger or massager. The aim should be to stroke the gland through the rectal wall rather like massaging an eyeball which is a pretty delicate organ! The process can be pleasurable and can release the build up of toxins which will be released. Sometimes an orgasm is experienced.

6.If you decide to buy a prostate massager, there are different sizes available and there is an external knob to stimulate the area of the perineum which is a highly sensitive area. That is where one of the acupressure points is located as there are nerves there which play a vital role in erection, orgasm and ejaculation.

Hello,..

I have found and been using a device called The Delwa-Star H&P eco that keeps my prostate in prime working order by using it at least three times a week.

This worked with the first use of it with, so far, no side effects!
