I am a child from the mid 80's and early 90's. My favorite movies where Muffets, Bambi, Little Mermaid, Home Alone, Blank Check, ET and other great movies.

Children Movies today are not the same. I know that the times have changed and childrens taste in Movies have changed.

Children Movies today are geared more towards adult.

Language Content: Rated G: ( no parents needed) It would be a good movie and you didn't haft to worry about the content. There are fewer childrens movies made like that today. Some more recent Movies are: Meet the Robinson, Nemo, Jungle Book, Mighty Joe, and Ice Age. If I see G that means there will be no bad language or sextual content.

Language Content: Rated PG: ( Parental Guidiance) What are we going to guide? Make them cover thier ears?  If it needs guidance why watch it? There alot more movies made with this rateing. I find that the movie industry are allowing more off colored or bad language in this rating. They use words such as D**N, B**CH, GD, and other words that I would consider in the PG13 catigory. I really don't want my 4 year old hearing those words. I have been disappointed several times after watching a PG movie.

The movies mentioned are just a few Example's. There are so many movies that have been ruined by language and sextual immplication.

Shrek- Had to many adult conitaions and language for a preschooler. I allowed my son to watch it one time. Children repeat what they hear. It is one of my favorite movies but I wouldn't allow my son to watch it. They took a good movie and ruined it. I really liked the story out line using fairy tail. My children loved that part. However by allowing words such as damn, bite me, and ass they ruined it. I really don't think it helps the movie so why do it????

RV- Has enouph bad language and sextual immplication to be rated PG13. Another good movie for children 7 and up. Once again, my 7 year old doesn't need to know about sextual immplication.

Transformer PG-13-( Parental Guidance with children over 13)  Transformer  Is a cool movie! I just think they could have left out some of the language. I think of one word, " masterba*** " that ruined the movie for my 9 year old. He didn't know what that meant. He is to young to learn that word means. Why use it? That movie should have been rated "R" for using that word.

Marley and Me PG13- Very cute and sad Movie. It would have been a great family if they would have left out the languge content and dog humping. They could have adjusted those area's. It could have been PG.

I want good movies for my kids. I don't think it will hurt their rating to leave some of the trash out!!!!
