It would be really hard to home school your children and work a full time job at the same time, you need to take a lot o time out of your day to teach your children the things that they need to learn. Most states have laws that a parent must teach their children at home as they would learn in a classroom, they need to learn the 5 basic subjects. Reading, writing, science, social studies and math. And if your working 8 hours a day 40 hours a week, how much time does that leave for you to teach those subjects to your children fully? It would be possible though if you hired a tutor, than it would be more than possible to home school them while your working a full time job. I was home schooled and my dad worked 80 hours a week and i never really learned anything until i started working with someone else, and then i started to learn everything i needed. My parents just realized that there was no way to home school us with working 40, 50, 60 hours a week, it was just impossible.
