Some theories are more intriguing than others and Neal Adam's is one that is very thought provoking.

Famous cartoonist, known for Batman, Green Lantern, etc.. and scientist in his spare time to begin with, he is now focused solely on more and more research into his theory that the Earth is actually expanding, a theory which is being widely discredited.

Which brings to mind, how does this relate to things like global warming, global dimming, or the diminishing of the magnetic fields referred to as Zero Point, which is related to the predictions for massive change in 2012.

Obviously, other people, or even scientist's skepticism hasn't swayed Neal Adam's belief in his own theory.

I found the interview fascinating nonetheless, whether it will ever become proven fact. And do have to say that I find what he says perfectly understandable. Like if the dinosaurs became extinct when there was a catastrophic event big enough to wipe them out...why didn't it wipe out the reptiles too?

After personally being here on Earth for many years now, reading many scientific theories and even viewing the reasoning behind the scientist's suppoesedly accurate study or test results, I've truly decided that science itself became very complicated, convoluted, and so overly picky about what they will accept as a truth, that they developed so many now accepted ways of proving things, that along the way, they also decided common sense and logic had no place in science at all.

Neal Adams believes there is a state of continuous ongoing creation and thus all planets are expanding as time goes on...perhaps even the Universe itself and he has created A New Model of the Universe video that is very detailed to show that his theory is worth further study.

He is now paying, out of his own pocket, for attempts to find any record of earth measurements and/or a way to start tracking the measurements that will show if indeed, the earth is growing....as he believes.

" Art chatted with comic book legend Neal Adams about his research on a new model for the Universe and his theory that the Earth is growing. According to Adams, our planet was once only a quarter of its current size, with continents covering most of the world. If one reduces the ocean areas, he explained, the continents fit together perfectly on that smaller globe.

A smaller Earth would also have a corresponding reduction in gravity, Adams proposed. The effect of lower gravity on a smaller planet is what Adams thinks caused the dinosaurs to grow so large. Reduced gravity would not only affect the physical structure of dinosaurs but their movement as well. Dinosaurs had long, down-facing legs and moved more like mammals than contemporary reptiles, Adams noted. This allowed dinosaurs to achieve a speed that would not have been possible under present Earth gravity, he said.

Adams also talked about the physics behind an expanding Earth, citing Carl David Anderson's cosmic ray experiments in which a positron was "created out of nothing." He believes this kind of research shows that matter is in continuous creation in the universe, and helps explain how our planet keeps growing."
