I want even think about and outline for this hub. It will be off the cuff. However I will do my best to spell correctly.

For the sake of this hub Democracy no longer exists technically because now I am a four star general in a brown uniform, with cross my heart bullets ,and with machine guns by my side as I drive my Sherman tank. It is the year 2050 and there is no government in the world accept my government every where on Earth.

My troops are glorious in every way. My armies are fantastic. My stealth Bombers are beautiful and black and expensive. My office has free range chickens, goats, turkeys, cats, deer, antelope, everything that wants to come at my table to watch me eat my hot dogs with chili. And if my critters are hungry, I have employees that get paid well to feed my critters.

My wife Jo Ann has a uniform also, but she cooks for me while in her own four star uniform.And if Jo Ann wants too she can sit on my lap while I eat my beans. She cooks beans with ham hocks and seasoning mix, and the food tastes great. Everything alive, eats whatever it wishes by law, my laws. Nature is still welcome in my dictatorship. And if Jo Ann wants too, she can wear any one of her short skirts while she sits on my lap as I caress her in places I would rather not describe.

There are no wars. You will not find a war on earth as long as I am in charge. My house is made of bullet proof glass. My walls are made of 100 feet of thick steel and are hard as diamonds just in case my fellow American pals want to remove me from office by using armor piercing weapons. I have to wear uncomfortable head gear and clothing that is sniper proof.

Everything I eat must be taste tested by research scientists unless my wife Jo Ann cooks it. I will not even sit down in a chair without my chair first being examined by research scientists because it only takes a tiny pin prick to terminate my life by a Soviet poison that has been designed to kill my worried ass.

I am afraid to be alive, but for now I am leader of the world until something else comes along, maybe World Democracy or something better.

Finally I can now talk about my politics. No wars are allowed. No terrorists are allowed. Murders are not allowed. Addictive dangerous drugs that are considered illegal and harmful to human life or animals are not allowed.

I have kept our laws and our legal system because there too much work to try to re create in any other way. We still have our governors and elected officials and everything about Democracy is still around accept for me.We even have a President and he has great powers, but I am the World leader for the moment.

We still have prisons, but I am working on trying to figure out better ways to deal with criminals. I do not like jails or prisons as a solution to crime. What I want is to see bad behaviors solved by changing the way criminals think. In 2050 special computers are being designed to eliminate dangerous mental flaws without destroying the human brain, or affecting the delicate thinking capacity of the individual mind. The great computers will eliminate whatever causes the terrible crimes and that's all.

Take your average everyday killer for example, the killer becomes a normal human being with wonderful qualities and have a great personality. Revenge is not allowed in my dictatorship on earth anymore. Terrible criminals are refurbished just like and acoustic guitar that needs to be repaired.

No one on earth is allowed to starve, or be without a home. Every human being, even a baby, by law is required by law to have a home, good food, and a family in every part of the earth everywhere. Task forces are designed to build and construct livable shelters for all human beings and babes and children on earth. Everyone must have a home and have something to eat every day.

Social Services plays a large roll in my Dictatorship. Government agents make sure that families live happy and safely and can enjoy freedom of religion and cultures. Although Social Services plays a big role in a needy world, the primary target is total Democracy for all countries.

Atomic bombs and nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction or no longer permitted on Earth.

Everyone can have a job who wants a job. If you want a job it must be a job you will like. No one has to work in a job that he or she does not like. No one is forced to have a job, but jobs are created to make them desirable by human beings.

Art, is encouraged. Knowledge and education is encouraged. Everything in my Dictatorship has Democracy in it accept for me. I am the only thing not democratic.

Supervisors are expected by law to treat workers properly all the time.

Frustration, and anxiety is something that my dictatorship does not allow in the world.

Natural resources are replenished and protected and re created. Food and growing food and grains and Business and market places and the freedom of Capitalism is allowed.

The rich and wealthy are still allowed and everything is pretty much the same in America accept that the rest of the world has the same kind of freedom we have and more.

The world is still allowed to have great leaders, only wise ones that do not create wars or terrorism.

No other Dictator is allowed to exist in the world accept me. Kings and Queens, Presidents, elected officials are still everywhere.

When my time comes to abandon my office, I must step down. I must either leave or have my mind refurbished by research scientists, and only hope that when their through with me that I would still have a desire for Jo Ann to sit on my lap with a frilly skirt, while I eat chili beans and enjoy and evening of gas while she gripes and curse over it.
