30But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith?
31Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear?
32For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.
This scripture has hit me hard recently in my walk in life.
Why do we worry about saving what we have? We as American's are among the richest people on the Earth. Many of us have 2, 3, or more vehicles and we are among only 5% of the world that even have a motorized mode of transportation.
I am not the only person who has been hit hard with this reality. We have been studying this at our church home that we were blessed with approximately 1 year ago. Pictures and link are at the right>>>>>>>Along with a neat video that of some our member's.
Our pastor and his amazing wife, Joe and Julie Wilson have been blessed by our Mighty God to befriend and inspire both my wife and myself during these hard times.
Joe is getting ready to go with some other people into a region of North Africa to help the needy. You can read about it at the link below and if any would like to help him with this trip, PLEASE DO!!
Do we actually have the gaul to think all these possessions and belongings are our's?
It could all be gone overnight!
In our men's Bible study we have been studying a great book written by Francis Chan. It is called Crazy Love. I would suggest a must read!
I will share some links below and videos for Francis Chan. God is using this man! We as people need to quit walking the fence. A question to ask yourselves: are we lukewarm? Does our Lord want to spew us out of His mouth? We were born to serve Him and worship Him. Are we?
It's not so simple a question and many don't want to face it. It must be though. As Francis says in his video we all need to face it; myself included. Some call it pay it forward or other terms. Jesus said it perfectly, we must love our neighbors as ourself. You cannot love if it is a burden.
With that I will leave you with some scripture's that deal directly wth this message.
For those of you that don't believe, my prayer's are with you. Thanks for reading my hub anyway.
May God open the eye's of His people!!!

Matthew 6:24-34 (Amplified Bible)

24No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be [a]against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon ([b]deceitful riches, money, possessions, or [c]whatever is trusted in).
25Therefore I tell you, stop being [d]perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing?
26Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?
27And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the [e]span of his life?(A)
28And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and [f]learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin.
29Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his [g]magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these. [I Kings 10:4-7.]
33But seek ([h]aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness ([i]His way of doing and being right), and then all these things [j]taken together will be given you besides.
34So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.
