It's Banana Smoothie Time!

Smoothies, I have found are always best with banana's in them, but I do not think enough face time is given to those with the main flavor being banana. So here I will explore a few of my favorite banana smoothies, I will give recipes for two desert smoothies and two more healthy meal replacers. 


Banana's foster in a cup

Ingredients: 1. banana, 2tbsp caramel sauce, 2tbsp dark rum, 1tbsp banana liquor, 1tsp cinnamon, splash of OJ, 1/2 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt (softened).

Add everything to the blender and blend until the desired consistency, depending on your blender this could take from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 banana, 1/4 cup chocolate milk, 1/4 cup banana yogurt

Add everything to the blender and blend until the desired consistency, depending on your blender this could take from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes.

Banana Smoothie: 

Ingredients: 1 banana, 1/2 cup banana yogurt, dash cinnamon, splash of milk, OPTIONAL: add 1tbsp protein powder.

Add everything to the blender and blend until the desired consistency, depending on your blender this could take from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes.

Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey Smoothie:

Ingredients: 1 banana, 1/2 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt, 1tsp honey, 1tbsp peanut butter, splash of milk. OPTIONAL: add 1tbsp protein powder.

Add everything to the blender and blend until the desired consistency, depending on your blender this could take from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes.
