Today is 4th of October 2009.The day that 39 yrs earlier JANIS LYN JOPLIN died by overdose of heroin.Janis was an american singer ,songwriter and music arranger from Port Arthur Texas,She rose to prominence in the late 60s as the lead singer of BIG BROTHER AND THE HOLDING COMPANY and later as a solo artist.In 2004 ,ROLLING STONE magazine ranked JANIS JOPLIN number 46 on its list of the 100 greatest artist of all time and number 28 on its 2008 list of the 100 greatest singers of all time.(January 19,1943-October 4 1970).Her father was Seth Joplin(1910-1987)an engineer at Texaco,her mother was Dorothy Joplin(1913-1998)a registrar at a business college.She had two younger siblings,Michael and Laura.The family attended the church of Crist.The Joplin's felt that Janis always needed more attention than their other children ,with her mother stating,"She was unhappy and unsatisfied without[receiving a lot of attention].The normal rapport wasn't abequate.In this hub i only wanted to make an epitaph for her.Another day i make hubs about her music and life.For the moment i want from you all of her fans to find and listen only one song wich i believe its her soul.This song called  ............MERCEDES BENZ................R.I.P.
