Healthy Eats---Herbal Medicine?
Winter is approaching, and no one is looking forward to catching anything that is attached to making you sick, (in more ways than one) so what are you going to do about it? How about taking the necessary steps to prevent those aggravating perks that come with all that Jack has to offer. What is your intake....by that I mean what do you feed your body to maintain it's health and strength. Is the Mom and Pops fried chicken joint the source of your existence? A meal at your favorite french restaurant or does a quick fix at the italian pizzeria continuously work for you? Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with letting your hair down every now and again, but in the end it just wont cut it...just not good enough to make the grade. You must be the captain of your ship, grocery shopping and home cooked meals give you first hand knowledge of what you are putting into your system. There are no surprises neither excuses. Your hands have been washed, just the right amount of spices added, not much salt or anything that you are allergic to. The presence of a bug, somethings head or a worm is impossible, clean dishes as well as silver wear is clear and the thought of a cold or flu preparing meals all day...definitely foul play! Just think about those few organs that encamp your body. Think about how hard they work to maintain your looks, your brain your existence and regardless of what they are fed their give optimum performance! This wont last but so long, you have to do your part to stay strong. Just imagine you never slept but had to work and be at your best performance, would that be possible? There are requirements that must be met in order for you to perform well because if not met you will be fired, expired,C'est la vie never to return. The same works for your organs, give them the respect they deserve. Times have changed and so have people due to new life styles, responsibilities and time restraints, which can make it impossible to maintain a healthy lifestyle. So you say, but the same time and energy that is put into "your schedule", can be put into your health. None of the above can be done if you are no longer around to do them. Everyone likes to have the best, so why not start with what you..... strengthen and preserve to the fullest to get the best results! Incorporate vegetables, sleep, minimal eats---water works, as well as exercise.
