There are many weight loss solutions; pills. vitamins, drinks, fasting and therories. Sorry, there isn't a silver bullet pill yet so you have to do it the old fashion way. Choose a program that you're are comfortable with. One that you want to work with and lets you choose the foods you like.
Your disire to lose weight will be the deciding factor in whether you lose weight or not. Once you find out how much weight you want to lose then you can find the tools to help you lose it and keep it off. Here is a review of the programs I used to lose 90 pound in 8 months and keep it off. Well, so far but it's been over 6 months and I'm doing fine.
And yes. I am an affiliate of theirs (otherwise I wouldn't recommend them) but I DO NOT recommend junk. After all--I have my reputation to think about. I have used them and I know they work and they worked well for me. So give them a read and see if they can help you too.
