There are three methods of playing the game but it's your preference.

JamLegend gives you the choice to hook up your plastic guitar, if you have one from games like Guitar Hero!

You can of course, use your keyboard to play and JamLegend provides you with two methods to do this:

- either the more conventional way, using keys from 1-5 and playing flat to the surface;

- or the more nerdy, but efficient way of tilting your keyboard like a guitar!
