Dr. James Goetz came to Florida in 1998 from New Jersey to attend the University of Tampa. At UT, Dr. Goetz played baseball for the National Champion Spartans and majored in exercise science. After his junior year he transferred to the Optimal Performance Institute where he graduated with a BS in Mind, Body, Health and Fitness. Upon graduating he earned his certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a USA Weightlifting Coach. Upon achieving his certifications he became a strength and conditioning coach with the University of South Florida football team (2001). During this time he also assisted during the extended NFL season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In 2002, Dr. Goetz took a job as a strength and conditioning coach with the Toronto Blue Jays. After resigning with the Blue Jays, Dr. Goetz trained an array of elite athletes ranging from boxing champions to baseball future Hall of Famers and Olympians. Dr. Goetz pursued a Masters degree from the University of Metaphysics which he obtained simultaneously with a Doctorate in Metaphysics from the University of Sedona (2007). In 2008 Dr. Goetz achieved a degree from Athenian University as a Naturopathic Doctor. In 2008 Dr. Goetz also received a certification as a Certified Natural Health Professional. Dr. Goetz is currently writing two books and conducts educational seminars on human performance through mental and spiritual enhancement through the world of quantum mechanics.
