James Rizzi, born in Brooklyn, NY, came up with the idea of 3D multiples while studying Fine Arts at The University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Rizzi focuses on maximalism and detail is his highly stylish, ridiculously colorful works of art.

Rizzi though is probably best known outside the world of high art for the animation he did for the Tom Tom Clubs eponymous debut album and subsequent music videos.
