So I had a request to do a Hub all about Jazzercise. So here it is. I guess it makes a change to hear from a person who actually does it instead of people who are trying to convince you to buy or try something. Well this is it basically.
Jazzercise is basically dancing aerobics with a little bit of kick boxing thrown in for good measure. All of which does amazing things for weight loss and toning. After just like two one hour sessions i felt so amazing, and it actually makes a difference. Which had me pretty amazed because I am a chocolate person :) I didn't even have to change my eating habbits and it was working.
Basically a session consists of yoga stretches, a cardiac warm up, cardiac peak which is achieved with a couple different routines that focus on different body parts, and then stretching cool down and toning. They do all the yoga mats and weight training. Which is good, because not everyone are flexible yoga sensations or heavy weight lifters. Its just occurs in small amounts which everyone and anyone can cope with.
Jazzercise is for anyone of all ages, in my class the ages range from around 13 to 60. It is really for everyone because its simple but very effective. They do aary the routines, so instead of bouncing just step. It is very friendly for everyone.
An hour session would have around 6 routines in. Whereas a half hour class is extremly intense for fat burning and cardiac training. Its a hell of alot faster thats for sure! Were talking about about to keel over dying for water and air, and th muscle aches will you kill the first time. But hey atleast you know its working :D
The routines often change just to keep it interesting. Each routine works on a different body type. The only thing a jazzercise instructor tell you to do is keep your stomach tight to support your back and really use those muscles! It really makes the difference!
Alll you need is a friend to go with, its like dancing aerobics and throughly enjoyable. I have to say alot better than those greuling gym hours that never seem to have any effect. I do alot of sports and this is by far my favourite. It combines a little bit of everything and keeps you perfectly in shape.
Well thats basically all I know. I'm no professional, just someone who enjoys it. I hope you found it useful. Just don't expect miracles, this may work but it still takes a little time like everything else.

your welcome :) For some reason its not a widely known thing. Most likely because its pratically an excercise club. But hey, there are lucky ones of us who find it :)
