Jeff Hardy Arrested On Felony Charges

Say It Ain't So, Jeff!
According to a press release issued by the Moore County Sheriff's Office, former WWE star Jeff Hardy is facing several severe charges following the search of his North Carolina home. On September 11, 2009 officers from Moore County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit, Moore County Sheriff's Office Select Enforcement Unit, and Fayetteville Police Department executed a search warrant at Hardy's residence and found Vicodin, Soma, anabolic steroids, residue of cocaine, and drug paraphernalia with an estimated street value of $2,500.
Hardy was placed under a $125,000 bond and was put in the Moore County Detention Center. He was bailed out shortly after by an unconfirmed source. The charges Hardy will face are felony trafficking in opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to sell or deliver a Schedule III substance, felony maintaining a dwelling to keep controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to Jeff Hardy's Twitter updates he states, "Alot of exaggerations are out there today, don't believe everything you read 4 it is not true, I am at home and fine-thanks for your concern", and "For the record, Matt didn't bail me out, loan me money, or is his name on anything.. He's just learning about today's situation.." The most recent update from his Twitter update is "The media is the media, I wish they would at least report the story correctly & accurately. I will make a statement later."
It is no secret that I am an avid Jeff Hardy fan, and this doesn't change much for me. As a matter of fact, I think this could be a great thing that has happened. Perhaps he needed a wake up call. No one knows what's going on in his mind or if any of this is even accurate. Hopefully he can come clean with fans and tell us what's going on.
Let's hope Jeff can clean himself up, for the sake of his health and the sake of all the kids that look up to him. This is no time to look down on someone or to chastise him for his mistake. Lend your support because no one is perfect. We are so quick to point the finger and like to turn a deaf ear to explanation. Perhaps (if everything is true) this is one of the best things that could have happened to him. We wouldn't want him to turn out like Eddie Guerrero or Chris Benoit.

LOVE HIM
I am also a fan of Jeff ,it's really sad for us that he is arrested.hope he will be back in the ring soon.
Another thing that the media didn't report is that he has 2 herniated disks and a really bad neck...all of this before the table ladders and chairs match with CM Punk. No wonder the guy needed all of those painkillers. Did you write this with your Jeff Hardy armbands on?
LMAO Rob Dee! I didn't even realize that tag was still on there. Did it as a joke. : ) I have another article that is praising Jeff for his sheer talent that talks about his back and neck problems. I don't see why all professional wrestlers aren't completely addicted to pain pills with all the crap they do to their bodies. The court date was set for September 30, and I haven't anything on what happened, yet. He also deleted his Twitter account after saying he would make a statement soon (probably the best thing he could have done). Thanks for reading!
I'm very sad for Jeff as well. I'm glad he's removed himself from the spotlight--as that is the best thing for him. I am happy that it seems WWE is still planning on releasing his DVD compilation in December.
