When you play the game, you will start as a recruit in Jillian's boot camp. You will enroll in her unique training program and be challenged to an ever-changing series of workouts and fitness tests. Along with the one player mode, there is a two player mode that lets you compete against your friends.

Here are the varieties of exercises that are included in the game: 1. Exercises - Weight Loss, Strength Training, Intervals and Hill Climb 2. Difficulty and Intensity - Light, Medium or Hard 3. Workout Lengths - 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes
