WHY TRADITIONAL JOB SEARCH METHODS ARE NOT SUCCESSFULL?

1) They are Taught by every Govt Funded Organization for FREE( You know how much value people put on Free stuff anyways).

2) They are taught by Instructors that are born and educated here(They have never faced the same challenges that we immigrants have).

3) They want you to - Pick up the local or national newspapers and start screening through the WANTED sections regularly and also sit in front of the computer and start sending out resumes left, right and center.

DOESN’T EVERYONE DO THIS???

You have already sent out about 10 – 20 resumes in the first couple of days and now awaiting a response.

2 DAYS PASS……………….. A WEEK PASSES……………… A MONTH NOW AND NOTHING HAPPENED…………………

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT?

You are now frustrated and start questioning your own abilities, competencies and decisions regarding immigrating here to Canada. Furthermore, to make things worse, your friends and family here start blaming the MARKET, INDUSTRY, ENVIRONMENT, ETC.

You SURVIVE not live life to its fullest. Working 50 – 60 hours a week
