When going to an interview a good way to improve your confidence is by being prepared. Knowing that you are qualified for the position and knowing why you are the qualified person. But in addition to that you should know what questions are generally asked and best prepare yourself for them. Here are a some of the questions that you will be asked :

1. Can you tell me your strengths and a few of your weaknesses? This question is hard for most people because while it is easy to judge out a few good answers for your strengths, most of us don’t want to think about our weaknesses. Before you go to your interview you should think about the position you are applying for and what will make you a better candidate for that job. What things can do for you so that you will be benefited with that the position, which you want. In the same instance think of an honest answer for something you struggle with and what would hinder you in performing your duties?

2. Why did you leave you last job? - This is a definite question and the interviewer will hope a better answer from you. Your next employer will want to know what made you quite, get fire, or leave your last job. Answer this question with care; think ahead of how to put this into words so you won’t stumble on this one and you become perfect in that!

3. Are you still working?- This is a typical question to find out if you can devote your time to the job, and see how long it has been since you last worked. It will also tell the employer if you typically give advanced notice before you leave a position for future reference. Plan ahead on this one and don’t hesitate on your words. Direct eye contact is important here as well as with the other questions, otherwise this will lead to failure.

4. How do you Handle Mistakes? - This strategy is likely used to see if you are quick on your feet. If you can handle a variety of situations and if you have handled them well in the past. Think of a few situations that have happened in your past positions and could reoccur in this position. Give then the highlighted parts like: what happened, and what was the solution you got for that.

Remember that the key to a good interview will know the best answers to the interview questions. Showing the winning job interview skills as well as confidence will lead to a better job plan! If you can hold all of these things you will breeze through an interview! Always smile, and give good strong hand shakes to show them that you know you are the right man for the job. This will leave a lasting impression and give you the perfect interview!
