Joker Mask For Halloween

The Joker mask for Halloween will be one of this year's more popular costume accessories but have you given thought to how you can distinguish yourself from the pack. In other words, trying to be a little more unique from everyone else.

Just like Heath Ledger added a touch of uniqueness to the latest Joker, give thought to how you can stand above the other Jokers this Halloween. There is little doubt the Joker mask for Halloween will be one of the scarier looks this year and will be worn by kids and adults alike.

But getting back to becoming a unique item this Halloween here's our tip for taking your choice of character "get up" to the next level. Don't do it alone.

That's right, organize a group of friends and simply produce your real live version of the Dark Knight movie. If you have decided to be the Joker then ask some friends to play your clowns. And come to think of it, why not take it an extra step by inviting someone to dress as Batman.

This is a great way to even save on costumes. The Joker mask is almost enough on it's own however, to get the true effect, hunt around for a pair of green pants, colored gloves and of course, the trademark purple jacket. You may even have the cloting stashed away in your attic or basement. If not, you can pick them up cheaply at the local Opp shop or second hand store.

While Batman was the main star of The Dark Knight there's little doubt Heath Ledger stole the limelight with his role as the Joker. What makes the Joker mask such a great choice for Halloween this year is the fact Ledger added a real touch of twisted macabre to the role and it's the ideal vehicle to leverage from during the coming festival of ghouls, goblins and the like.

If you are not a fan of the latest version of the Joker then don't despair. There have been a lot of Jokers produced in the past all with their own style but all making an impact with that scary but mischievous looking face. One of the original Joker looks had the villain sporting a somewhat elongated face and it had even more effect when he burst out into that evil laughter.

Caesar Romero is one of our favorite Jokers and made the role his own during the television series in the 60's.

It doesn't matter which look you eventually go for, just make sure you have that unmistakable green hair and white face. You could also consider adding some extra detail in your Joker mask for Halloween by giving it some extra character to the face.
