This Jones Soda review focuses on one of the more recent additions to the Jones family: Red Apple. I have tasted a variety of apple sodas over the years, and this one doesn't fall short of the mark. In the words of the Walgreens employee who sold a bottle to me: it tastes like you've just bitten into a crisp, red apple.  He was right, It literally tastes like a carbonated apple (and that is a good thing). Unlike some other apple sodas which are either faint in the apple taste or lack carbonation and end up tasting like apple juice, this one has just the right amount of sweetness and apple flavor. Add that to the slight kick that it gets from being a carbonated soft drink, and you've got an all around refreshing beverage. I wouldn't go as far as saying it is the best red apple soda I've ever tasted (that title is reserved for Sidral Mundet), but it is definitely a close second.
