Joseph Carnevale Arrested for Theft
43Joseph Carnevale, the man resposible for the Traffic Barrell Monster, was arrested for steeling the barrells. Well, theft is theft, but I am willing to bet all he pays is a small fine, and maybe a short probation. I am also betting you will see this monster on ebay in a short time.
