Journey to accomplishing the dream
58Dreams can be achieved
A 58 year old African American man spent nights on the road sleeping in a horse trailor, stopping at schools talking to children about history. On the most pertaining to the role of Black cowboy's back in the days of 1500's and the 1800's, the horse was the only mode of transportation, wow the advancement of techology.
This has taught me an incredible lesson to be learned. First, hold on to your dreams, follow your dreams until your dreams become a reality. Setting goals is a priority that takes action, which will soon reap the benefiting rewards towards enhance growth. Not letting obstacles discourage or block our path, usually if it become having a tunnel vision then it's time to leap for another route, not giving up on the dream.
We must have a clear focus for completing our goals. According, to the 5th grade teacher riding so that he can let other kids know that they can achieve anything that they put their mind too. I believe this 100% it's the TRUTH. On his journey he rode his horse from the African Burial Ground in New York City in September, to the California African American Museum in LosAngeles, and made it there in April. I call this a determined spirit, this was a 6,000-mile ride through 13 states that took more than six months to complete.
The point that was being made is accomplishing your dream and fulfill by taking the necessary action to completing it making it a reality. The has brought self esteem to many children among the African American children.

This story is good because it tells of the rich and varied experiences of African American. Too often people try to pigeon-hole people's history but it goes much deeper. Keep up the great work.
