JoyceeRD Sumptuous Lite Recipes - Créme Cilantro

Healthy, Gourmet Cuisine Filled With Joy
Here is an amazing Créme Cilantro created by Victoria Tacher (who happens to be my aunt) and developed by my beautiful, brilliant, amazing sister, Joy Zacharia, R.D.
We have a particular fondness for the following Créme Cilantro recipe. Our mom is from Mexico, so we have cilantro in our souls. A somewhat sybaritic first course, even in Mexico, the Créme Cilantro featured below also works perfectly as a savory sauce over taquitos, garnachas or fajitas.
I must tell you, because of all the nutrition and calorie counting that goes into Joy's recipes, her gatherings are likely the only venue in which we've managed to sup and dine, bacchanal style, without an ounce of guilt ever. So get ready to enjoy Joy.
Salud,
Cory Z.
