Juicer Machine Guide
66Juicer machines seem the in thing these days, especially now that people are a lot more informed about what is good for the health. Years ago though, my grandmother owned a blender and she believed that any raw fruit that was sent through the blender turned into a natural medicine. In a sense she was right, and in fact she lived for 30 more years after her doctors declared that she had fourth stage Cancer. Aside from God, she also thanked juicing and her trusty juicer machine for her miracle. If you've ever watched Jack LaLanne's late night infomercials, you can see first hand just how beneficial juicing can be. Read on to learn more about these fabulous machines and all of the health benefits that they offer!
Today, just about everyone seems to be juicing. There are even raw diet believers who juice sashimi - which may sound quite peculiar, but they may have a point. After all, many of the foods that we eat on a regular basis have usually been cooked first, and heat takes away enzymes which helps regenerate our body cells. Thus, a juicer machines is a must for those who want to enjoy better health. These gadgets work more or less like the old fashioned blenders that we're all familiar with, except that juicing machines offer more modern and convenient designs. One of my favorite ones is where you drop a whole apple into the feeder tube and press, and you get pure, sweet apple juice directly from the source. Something seems so magical about the latest designs of juicers that it becomes impossible not to purchase one!
Juicing is definitely healthy, after all, and there is nothing as great as tasting an apple and berry smoothie, perhaps with a little stevia (a natural sweetener). A juicer machine can help us through those sweet cravings and save us from consuming a lot of unhealthy calories. Juicing also reintroduces our taste buds to what real natural food really tastes like. Aside from that, there is nothing as convenient as juicing soy, apples and berries instead of making pancakes for breakfast. Juicing is easy. It also doesn't require a lot of preparation, except perhaps shopping for your favorite fruits and vegetables.
Most people however do not believe that they can live a fulfilling life by eating nothing solid, and instead just using a juicer machine to provide nutrition. Even doctors will not recommend that anyone exist on a "juice diet" for very long periods of time, because it can affect the health detrimentally in the long run. Everyone needs to savor well balanced meals with all the fiber and protein needed to make one's digestive system work normally. Juicing for a week at a time is acceptable (with your doctor's blessing), especially if one is on a diet. Others "juice" for religious reasons like going on a fast by eating nothing solid. Juicing is a healthy way to reclaim one's health, but it is not a universal remedy for everything. Enzymes are also in vegetables, salads, and fruit desserts, so there is no reason to live on the potions from your juicer machine alone.
Still, it is always wise to own a juicer machine, not only because it's the in thing to have these days, but also because it is functional, easy to use and often very affordable. There is nothing like the natural blend of apples, berries, and some sweet spices during those dreary nights when you only have the television for company and there is no ice cream in your refrigerator. Keep yourself healthy and feeling wonderful with juicing - your body will certainly appreciate you for it!
