I'm not going to talk about my top 10 item foods that I like though.
Eating is a daily requirement which anyone can't avoid whether they are just a small child or ages. Food is the important factor that give us a healthy life to have enough energy to work and to perform our duties and daily basis jobs.
Eating a proper foods to make our body healthy is a little hard, however, we are all have to have a good eating practice to support the growing of our physical body and our mental development process.
For example, a student who is studying at the university they need more energy where good food is very important to give them enough energy to do reading, research, to think, to digest the new ideas and so on. Without food one will become skinnier and lost of energy and as the result they cannot work. This is how important the food is.
Now a day, fast food or junk food is the major course to make people become bigger and fatter everyday. Because of these junk foods have high proteins and cholesterol. As i read through from the magazine and other health topics saying that if you are craving more junk foods you are likely to grow bigger very soon. Where I also notice people whom i know they are also have more extra weight than those who regularly have a proper eating.
It doesn't mean that eating junk food is not a proper eating but to be wise we are to control the food not let the food control us. How do you think?
Some negative points of eating junk foods:
- You tend to spend more money than getting your own recipes to cook at home
- You hate foods at home and love to go out
- Make other people look at you with a sense of you are a lazy person
- If you are an Asian then people think that you are not Asian anymore because eating too much junk foods
- Growing big or fat
- Get sick often...

Beside junk food there are many vegetarian foods and more to choose from. It also depend on how to cook the food to make it become a more healthier food for your physical needs. Seafood also can be very dangerous if not cook it well or not according to the proper way of cooking.
There are some certain food that we can eat but not giving us any benefit to our health. But some foods look like not eatable but give us more benefits to our health. You can think about this...
