TAKE A MOMENT & BREATHE!!!
Stress can make our blood pressure rise.
Help,Stop and count too ten !That's why it's good to stop an take a deep breath.When some one makes me mad, I find it very helpful.Some stress can hurt you so bad that you could have a nervous breakdown and that wouldn't be good for your body.
Stress can come at anytime, on any day,so the best thing to do is just take a moment an breathe .Don't let your anger get to you, Calm yourself and learn how to stay relaxed, in your most uncomfortable time, when stress can get you at it's best. Don't make it a problem.Control it.
Let go of all of your negative feeling's, or anger an just clam down an relax.Stop thinking depressing things that you know won't make you happy.Try to also know what's bothering you, try to identify the exact problem before relaxing yourself. During this relaxing time think of new ideas an things that you can change that's not satisfying you.
Imagine that you are away ,from the worries of the world.Place yourself on a relaxing beach with no one around,but you and nature .Just enjoy and breathe. Don't think about a worries that you have because We all need to take out a little time for ourselves.
Relax and find yourself before you begin to blow anything out of proportion,Say to yourself ,"I am strong and I will let nothing get to me".and before you know it you'll feel a little better.I'm not saying that your problems will be over but your anger or stress will be at an end.So next time you think your about to go off just take it slow and Breathe!You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
When the world gets us down, it's good to just breathe.Just breathe,Just breathe,and more calm you'll be.Just breathe an your eyes will open up and see.Just relax and breathe and more soothing you'll be .Take time relax and breathe.
Sit back and meditate ,to get things off of your mind think until you find a solution.Relax yourself while thinking of postive outcomes,and new ideas ,maybe you could be stressed because you need a change ,so always be open to new things.Believe in yourself knowing that you can get though this.Some things take a while to get over ,so just take your time in everything so that you can get over it the right way.
