Folgers used precondition beans in its roasting process.  Below is a recipe for Coffee Chocolate Chip Waffles using Folgers Coffee beans.

You will need the following ingredients to make "Coffee Chocolate Chip Waffles".

• 2-1/4 cups of flour (All-purpose)
• 1 pack of dry yeast (use quick rising yeast)
• 6 tbsp of sugar (substitute to meet dietary needs)
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 cup of milk (should be cold)
• 1 cup of brewed coffee (use Folgers Coffee - should be freshly brewed coffee)
• 3 eggs (Lg - large)
• 4 tbsp of butter (melt first)
• 2 tsp of extract (vanilla, but can be substitute to meet your desired taste)
• 1 cup of chocolate chips

Mixed all your dry ingredients in a large bowl.  In another bowl, mixed all your wet ingredients.  Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together.  Cover the mixed and allow to rise.  Once the mixture has risen to double its original size, preheat your waffle maker.  Pour the mixture onto the waffle maker and enjoy the finish produce.
